At NVLTY, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange items in accordance with the policy below.
Returns
You may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- All tags must be attached
- Proof of purchase is required
Items must be returned in a resellable condition to be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale items are non-refundable (exchange may be allowed)
- Items that are worn, damaged, or missing tags will not be accepted
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for eligible items:
- Exchanges are processed within 4–6 working days after receiving your return
- Replacement items are shipped free of charge
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your returned items
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- All returns must be sent via a tracked shipping service
- For UK returns, Royal Mail tracked service is required
